♡ Send Your Idea
Use the contact form below (or email me at enchantedcovecrafts@gmail.com) to share your vision. Feel free to include reference photos, colors, or themes.

♡ Design & Quote
I’ll review your request and get back to you with a design plan, estimated timeline, and price quote. Please note that a 30% non-refundable deposit will be required to compensate materials and secure your spot in my queue. Your deposit invoice will be sent via email through Square.

♡ Approval & Payment
Once you approve the design, the invoice for the deposit will be emailed to you and upon submittal, the crafting process begins!

♡ Handmade Just for You
I’ll begin crocheting your custom piece with love and care. You’ll receive progress updates (optional!) and a shipping notification once it’s on its way.

✨ Custom Order Guidelines

♡ Timeline: Custom orders typically take 2-4 weeks to complete, depending on complexity and my current queue. (This timeframe is doubled around major holidays).

♡ Pricing: Varies based on size, materials, and level of detail. A quote will be provided before we begin.

♡ Payment: 30% of the quoted price is due before beginning the custom project. The remainder is due before shipping! All payments for custom orders will be handled through Square. 

♡ Returns: Custom items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
