Returns & Exchanges Not Accepted:

We regret to inform you that returns and exchanges are not accepted on digital products. Once an order has been placed and processed, it is considered final.

For returns/exchanges related to physical plushies, please contact us at enchantedcovecrafts@gmail.com for assistance. Returns/exchanges are not guaranteed and will be assessed on a case by case basis. 

Damaged or Defective Products:

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at enchantedcovecrafts@gmail.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue as efficiently as possible.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation of orders is not possible once they have been processed and confirmed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Refunds:

Refunds on physical plushie orders will only be issued in cases where a product is proven to be damaged or defective upon receipt, and cannot be replaced with an identical item. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 days of verification of the issue and will be credited back to the original method of payment.
